MUSICA: You are known for your dramatic drumming style. What transforms technically strong percussion into a truly theatrical performance?
FERNANDO DIEZ: It’s all about telling a story and sharing a feeling or a sentiment, it all depends on the situation.
MUSICA: After touring internationally with Cirque du Soleil, what new recordings, performances or collaborations are exciting you now?
FERNANDO DIEZ: I started to work on my 8th personal album, news to follow… Looking forward to working again with my musicians friends around the world.
